We are a fast growing motorhome rental company with depots in Christchurch and Auckland. To guarantee our high quality standards and overcome the high demand of work load, we have various positions available at our Auckland depot.

2 Vehicle Groomer Positions - Christchurch

As a Vehicle Groomer you will:

  • Work in a team cleaning rental vehicles following our established standards 
  • Identify and report vehicle damage
  • General duties as required, including driving vehicles to service providers
  • Maintaining a clear and clean office and workshop
  • Administration duties as required

Skills and experience:

  • Full NZ clean driver license
  • Team Player
  • Positive 'Can Do' attitude
  • Customer service focus
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours approx 40hrs per week Mon - Sun. (Some late nights may be required).

2 positions available. Seasonal casual/full time contracts. Approx 3 months. Available to start ASAP.

Guest Services Officer - Auckland

You will be the first point of contact for all Guests arriving at the branch and exceed Guests expectations in accordance with company core values, policies and procedures.

Key criteria and responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge all Guests on arrival
  • Vehicle demonstrations: Show and explain the use of the rental vehicle including equipment in the living area, driving area and waste disposal to our guests.
  • Rental Agreements: Ensure contracts including pick-up and drop-off documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner as per Euro Campers policies and procedures.
  • Explain Terms and Conditions
  • Provide quotes and vehicle demonstrations to customers who enquire about a rental vehicle.
  • Resolving guest relation issues and following complaints policy procedure to ensure a resolution is achieved.

Skills and Experience:

  • A strong guest service focus
  • Track-record of achieving sales targets
  • Solid problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in effective complaint handling and conflict resolution
  • Good time and self-management
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Sound computer skills, friendly, positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours approx 40hrs per week Mon-Sun. (Some late nights may be required)

Mechanic - Auckland

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on our fleet of modern sleepervans, campervans and motorhomes including diagnosing problems and carrying out the necessary repairs.

As vehicle mechanic you will also provide a technical advice and assistance to the manager and to ensure that we meet and exceed customer service standards and customer expectations.

You'll enjoy the opportunities to show initiative and take on a variety of tasks each day.

Key criteria and responsibilities:

  • Undertake repairs, preventive maintenance and refurbishment of our fleet
  • Provide reliable and accurate maintenance knowledge, expertise and practical application to minimize downtime of the fleet
  • Sound understanding of technical use of specific tools
  • Co-ordinate with Fleet Manager all maintenance and repairs to ensure fleet vehicle bookings aren't disrupted
  • Relative knowledge of facilities maintenance
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • High standards of housekeeping throughout the workshop
  • Adhere to Euro Campers Health and Safety Policy

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a team player with good work ethics. A relevant mechanical qualification and experience counts.

In addition you should have:

  • A minimum of two years mechanical experience
  • A clean drivers license
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work unsupervised within a team environment
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Reliability and good time management skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours approx 40 per week Mon - Sun. (Some late nights may be required)
